Over the past 20+ years working in fitness, body composition testing, and health data, I’ve noticed the same pattern again and again. Many people are already doing a lot of the right things — working out, trying to eat well, getting blood work done — but they still aren’t sure what actually matters most or what to focus on next.

Before we meet, clients submit their health and fitness information — things like goals, training history, nutrition habits, blood work, body composition data, etc.
2. High Performance Consultation
We then have a focused 30-minute virtual conversation where we review everything and identify the biggest opportunities for improvement.
3. Success Roadmap
After the call, I build a clear roadmap outlining the next steps for improving health, fitness, body composition, and overall performance.
The goal is to help people stop guessing and start focusing on the things that will actually move the needle for their health.
