Before we meet, you submit your health and fitness information:

Lifestyle factors (sleep, stress, recovery)
Blood work and lab panels
DEXA / body composition data
Nutrition history
Submit as much information as you feel comfortable. This allows our conversation to start with real information instead of guesswork, so we can focus immediately on what matters most.
We meet for a 30-minute virtual consultation to review your information and discuss priorities.
During this session we:
• Identify what’s holding you back
• Clarify your goals and timeline
• Discuss shared health & fitness information
• Highlight the biggest opportunities for improvement
• Determine the smartest next steps
This step is key to getting a full understanding where you are starting from and where you want to go, as well as identifying potential obstacles that you may have to navigate.
After the consultation, I build a custom roadmap for success.
Your roadmap may include:
• Training strategy
• Nutrition approach
• Body composition goals
• Health optimization considerations
• Testing recommendations
• Referrals when needed
This gives you a clear plan for the next 90 days so you know exactly what to focus on — and what you can stop worrying about.
